Q: Can an agent only show me her/his listing?
A: No, I can personally show you every home listed, including those listed by my company, other companies, all others in MLS, builders' homes and FSBOs.
Q: What if I want to build?
A: Agents often assist buyers through the building process. Builders welcome us bringing them potential buyers and gladly pay our commissions so our services cost you nothing.
Q: What if I see a FSBO that I want to visit?
A: Great! Notify me and I will set up the appointment. Most FSBOs will work with anyone who have a qualified buyer and they pay our commission.
Q: Do I have to put down 20%?
A: No. But if you put down less than 20% you have to get additional insurance (PMI) until you have paid off 20% of the purchase price of the home.
